本日行われたネットワークメンテナンスについて

本日の日本時間の午前5時過ぎから午前6時過ぎの間に、先日から続いているゲームに接続できない不具合解消のためのネットワークメンテナンスが行われました。
ただ、現在も一部ユーザーで接続できない不具合が発生しており、引き続き、ユーザーに情報提供を求めています。

Riot Gamesはネットワーク経路以外にも以下の情報を求めています。

• 全く接続することができないのか、それとも何回か試した場合に接続することができるのか
• 毎試合発生しているのか、それとも何回かに1回発生していることなのか

We are still actively working on correcting players experiencing the firewall error. We see some reports that you are never able to connect. However some report that you can connect after a few attempts.

Can you let us know if you can NEVER connect or if you CAN connect within a few retry attempts? This will help us know if it sporadic. Also does this happen every game you try to play or only once in a while?

We preformed a maintenance today which we thought would fix the firewall error, however it did not correct the issue. I want to let you know this is a top priority for getting resolved.

I have attached the Network Diagnostic Tool which you can run and add the logs to your post which will continue to help us in our ongoing investigation.
