EUの公式に告知されたエイプリルフールネタです。

最近、オフィスに語られることの無い人類の歴史について書かれた薄汚れた羊皮紙が届きました。
私たちは社内の炭素年代測定チームへと書類を送りましたが、それが本物だとわかりました。
もし、著者の所在に関する情報があればお知らせください。
彼は少し情緒不安定のようです。

「LoLの忘れられた歴史」のレポートの内容

原本は失われた、これまで私はあまりに多くのものを失ってし まった。オフィスの下のキャンドルに照らされた地下室で私の研究を禁じる権限に挑んでいる。2階に神聖な歴史的な羊皮紙を持ち込んで、私の机の上において 帰宅した。オフィスクリーナーはそれをゴミと間違えました。原本の歴史的な内容は私と共に死んではならない。私には記憶の片隅に残っている道しるべを語る だけの時間しか残されていない。羽ペンを整えたり、止める時間などないのだ。この摘み取られた羽はふたたびすぐに飛び立たねばならない。古文書を守ってき た私たちの使命は人々がLeague of Legendsをゲームと呼ぶとき警鐘を鳴らすことだ。否、それは実際に起こったことの記録なのだ。歴史書は事実を塗り替えた、だが私たちは古文書に人類 の最初の時代まで遡ったLeagueの真実を記した。

石器時代

それは洞窟の住人たちによって石器によって書かれたもの だ。それはプレイヤーたちは生きるのに必要不可欠なものだ。最初に炎を見つけた人は彼の傷ついた毛皮を燃やし、獲物を追いかけ、数秒後地面に落としてしま うまで勝ち誇って笑っていました。石畳や舗装された道はありませんでした。洞窟の住人は獲物を追い込むために森の道 - 3つのレーンを燃やしました。石器は狩りでは非常に効果的です。祖先のように野蛮に棒切れを振り回すことはなくなりました。

古代ギリシャ

紀 元前6世紀から8世紀にかけて、古代ギリシャ文明は絶頂期を迎え、帝国が誇り高き民であることを鼻にかけるようになったのも無理らしからぬことである。建 築様式は華やかなものでした。職人たちは最高の仕事するために邁進しました。その存在によって効果的に敵の心の鼓動を上げる石の尖兵たちは他にいませんで した。外敵は戦闘用の尖兵たちが攻撃してくることを知っていました。この石の彫像も同じものだろう？軍の指揮官は農奴を前線へ送り込み、背後から遠距離武 器で敵軍に - 勝利への確実な道 - 攻撃していました。

ルネッサンス

おおよそ14世紀に始まった文化活動の歴史的な 話は多くの重要な分岐を生んだと資料に記されています。例を挙げると、諍いを起こたお互いが火あぶりにする - flamingとよばれる行為が同市民の間に生まれるなど時代の改革が起こりました。この時代にはアートワークが花開きました、特にイタリアでは絵画やよ り特徴的なハンドクラフトでお気に入りのチャンピオンをオマージュして楽しみました。資料にはレオナルド･ダ・ヴィンチの記録には複数の手足を有する" ウィトルウィウス的人体図"を含め、新しいチャンピオンの下書きのスケッチが多数含まれていたそうです。

新大陸

15世紀 初頭に始まる大航海時代には、以前から謎に包まれていた遠隔地の視界が得られるようになり、人類のマップコントロールは十分に拡大した。致命傷を負った戦 士すら回復する神秘の泉を含め、Legendsには富んでいた。コロンブスとその一行が西インド諸島に到達した時、彼らの目には茂みから殺しにやってきた 敵が映った。多くのスペイン人たちは原住民にGankされ、報復するために敵のジャングルへinvadeするために味方を鼓舞した。

産業革命

18 世紀と19世紀には革新的な新しい機械や生産方法の時代が幕を開けた。新しい工場がロンドンじゅうに建てられた。生産工場は唐突に千差万別なクランク (crank)の注文に強襲された(blitz)。機械の轟音(rumble)が彼方から聞こえ、脱穀機（threshing machine）の発明は農業の進歩に拍車をかけた。

Forgotten History of LoL

The source codex is lost, thus I too am lost. Defying the mandate to restrict my study to the candlelit crypt beneath the office, I carried the sacred historical parchment upstairs and left it on my desktop when I departed for home. The offece cleaners mistook it for rubbish. The Codex's historical contents must not die with me. I only have time to relate a few passages that persist in my memory. No time to pause and sharpen my quill. This plucked feather must summon once again the urgency of flight. Those in our order who safeguarded the Codex snorted when people called League of Legends a game. Nay, it was a record of what actually happened. History books have refashioned the account but we put our faith in the Codex, which traces League back to humanity's first epoch.

Stone Age

So it is written, just as the cave dwellers fashioned stone tools, so too would players build items essential for survival. The first man to discover flame promptly ignited the hide of his wounded, fleeing quarry, laughing triumphantly as it crumpled to the ground seconds later. No roads had yet been cobbled or paved. The cave dwellers burned away lanes in the forest to funnel their quarry - three lanes, it is written. Stone tools proved infinitely more effective for hunting. No more fiddling with sticks like their brutish, club-wielding ansectors.

Ancient Greece
At the height of classical Greek civilization in the 8th to 6th centuries BCE, the empire boasted a proud populace, and for good reason. Architecture flourshed. Crahtsmen deemed imposing Towerd their finest work. No other stone sentinel could so effectevely raise the heartbeat of an adversary simply by its presence. Invaders knew military sentinels could attack. Why not this stone effigy likewise? Military generals sent their peasant minions to battle on the front line and harassed the enemy forces from behind their ranks with ranged weapon - a sure path to Victory.

The Renaissance

Historical accounts of this cultural movement beginning in roughly the 14th century A.D. carry many important ramifications, the Codex tells us. For one thing, it brought a welcome touch of refinement to an age in which fellow citizens who had quarrels with one another could find cause to burn one another at the stake - flaming, as they called it. Artwork flourished during this age, especially in Italy where people enjoyed playing homage to their favourite champions with painting and other more whimsical handcraft. The Codex tells us that Leonardo Da Vinci's journals contained dozens of sketches for potential new champions, including Vitruvian Man who had additional arms and legs with which to slap and kick his foes.

The New World

The Age of Discovery, commencing in the early 15th century, significantly expanded humanity's map control, providing vision in remote areas that had previously been shrouded in mystery. Legends abounded, including a mythical fountain that could restore the health of even mortally wounded warriors. When Columbus and his fleet reached the West Indies, they found enemies springing from the brush with murder in their eyes. Many Spaniards were ganked by natives, inspiring their comrades to invade the enemy jungle in search of reprisal.

Industrial Revolution

The 18th and 19th century ushered in an age of innovative new machinery and production methods. New factories sprang up all over London. Manufacuturing plants were suddenly blitzed with orders for cranks for all descriptions. The rumble of machinery could be heard for miles and the invention of the threshing machine spurred advances in farming.

Safeguard this history, I beg you. Do not let it perish with this old fool.
