Nami、Itemの調整、UI、マスタリーツリーおよび幾つかのSplash Artが変更されています。

説明文の変更

新:Sends a bubble towards a targeted area, dealing damage and stunning all enemies on impact.

Ebb and Flow(W)
消費マナが60/75/90/105/120から70/85/100/115/130に増加
味方チャンピオンに当たった場合のヒール量が75/105/135/165/195 (+) から65/95/125/155/185 (+) に減少
敵チャンピオンに当たった場合のダメージが65/105/145/185/225 (+0.5) から70/110/150/190/230 (+0.5) に増加

Tidecaller's Blessing(E)
説明文の変更（効果に変更なし）
旧:Empowers a champion for a short duration, cause their attacks to deal bonus damage and slow their target.
新:Empowers an allied champions for a short duration, their basic attacks deal bonus magic damage and slow the target.

Tidal Wave(R)
Rangeが2550から2800に増加
説明文の変更
旧:Summons a massive Tidal Wave that moves across an area knocking up targets briefly and massively slowing them.
新:Summons a massive Tidal Wave from Nami's position, the wave knocks up and slows all enemies it comes in contact with.

UNIQUE Passive - Avariceによって10秒毎に得られるGoldが4 Goldから2 Goldに減少。

Mercurial Scimitar

UNIQUE Active - Quicksilverを使用時に50%の追加のMovement Speedを得られるchampionがMeleeに限定された。

Grez's Spectral Lantern , Hextech Sweeper

UNIQUE ACTIVEのCooldownの表記が1分から60秒に変更（効果に変更なし）

Ward

2050_Explorer_Ward / MasteryのExplorerで得られるWard

・マスタリー

Utility TreeのVampirism(1% Lifesteal and Spellvamp / Max 3pt、元4段目左から3番目)とStrength of Spirit(Grants up to +1 Health regen per 5 seconds for each 400 Maximum Mana / Max 3pt、元3段目左から3番目)の場所が交換されました。

追記:tipsだけでなく効果が入れ替わっていることをゲーム内で確認しました。
