PBE 13/02/20 patch unofficial release note

本日のパッチノート。先日の修正で一時的に削除されたReplay、Quinnなどは再び実装されました。
今回の内容は2/16のものとの差分です。

- チャンピオン

・Darius

Noxian Guillotine (R)

クールダウンが100/90/80から120/100/80に増加

"Noxian GullotineでKillを取った場合、Noxian Gullotineのクールダウンが解消される"から
"Noxian GullotineでKillを取った場合、12秒間、再使用可能"に変更。

"The cooldown is refreshed if Noxian Guillotine kills the target"から
"If Noxian Guillotine kills the target, Darius may recast Noxian Guillotine for 12 seconds."に変更




・Master Yi

Alpha Strike (Q)

AD ratioが削除（ロールバック）


・Taric

attackBaseが48から53に増加

Shatter (W)

近くにいる味方のArmor増加量がTaricのArmorの10%から15%に増加

・Quinn

Display NameがQuinn and ValorからQuinnに変更

- アイテム

・Bilgewater Cutlass

Activeのクールダウンが60秒から90秒に増加

・Blade of the Ruined King

以下のように変更

+30 Attack Damage
+40% Attack Speed
+15% Life Steal

通常攻撃時に対象の現在の体力の5%(max 120 vs. minions)をphysical damageとして追加する。
対象のチャンピオンの最大Healthの15%(min. 100)のphysical damageを与え、等しい量回復する。4秒間、対象の移動速度を30%吸収する。(60 second cooldown).
